Q.  What are your hours of operation?

A.  Monday: Closed for Production/By Appointment Only

      Tuesday-Friday: 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

      We encourange you to call ahead for an appointment to get the most out of your visit.

 

Q.   Do I need an appointment to come in?

A.  We recommend making an appointment by phone or email.

 

Q.  What are your payment terms?

A.  Depending on the service, we require a 20-50% deposit with the balance due upon receipt.

 

Q.  What payment methods do you accept?

A.  We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover.

 

Q.  How do I know if I'm going to like the design or even the finished product?

A.  Clients are never surprised with the final product because we provide a full color proof of what it will look like before anything goes to final production.  We will email the proof for your approval.  You may request up to 2 revisions at no additional charge.  If additional changes are needed, a design fee may be incurred.

 

Q.  What is Cutting Edge Graphics guarantee of quality?

A.  It's our goal and commitment to provide the best quality products available and we stand behind our work.  We will be happy to fix any mistake made by Cutting Edge Graphics; all we ask is that you report the mistake to us within 72 hours after you receive your order.  At our discretion we will replace the item or refund your money should there be a mistake or if your purchase is materially or otherwise flawed.

 

Q.  What is your return policy?

A.  Due to the custom nature of your order, Cutting Edge Graphics accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake.  We will then replace the order or credit your invoice.

 

Q.  How long will my order take?

A.  Once you've approved your final design, our standard turn around time is generally 7-10 business days unless otherwise mentioned.  We will always let you know ahead of time when your order will be ready.  Please inform us of any event dates.  We will do our best to meet your deadlines, but a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances.

 

Q.  Do you ship orders?

A.  Yes.  Please contact us for pricing on shipping to your location.

 

Q.  How do I submit artwork/files?

A.  Files may be emailed to us at jamie@iowasignshop.com.  Please make sure your files are sent in high resolution.  If your file is too large to email, please contact Jamie at  jamie@iowasignshop.com for a link to upload your file directly to our Google Drive account.
